Our builder process is designed to keep projects moving clearly from quoting through to installation, with defined expectations around check measure, scheduling, and payment terms.

Quoting From Plans
Builder projects are generally quoted from detailed plans and project information provided at the enquiry stage.
This allows us to assess the scope of works and prepare a quote based on the information available at the time.
All quotes are subject to final check measure and site confirmation prior to manufacture.

Project Acceptance & Deposit
Once the quote is accepted, we issue the relevant project paperwork and deposit invoice.
A 10% deposit is required upfront to confirm the project and secure it within our production schedule.
Projects are not scheduled or progressed until the deposit has been received.

Payment Terms
Our standard terms are 10% deposit, 40% on check measure, 45% start of installation and 5% on completion.
If your business operates on alternative payment terms, these need to be discussed and agreed prior to engagement.
Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.

Check Measure & Project Confirmation
When the site is ready, we complete a final check measure to confirm dimensions and project details before manufacture begins.
This stage allows any required adjustments to be identified and confirmed before production.
Final manufacture is based on the check measure, not plans alone.
40% payment instalment is due at this point.

Manufacture & Scheduling
Once the check measure is complete and project details are confirmed, cabinetry moves into production.
All cabinetry is manufactured in our factory, allowing us to maintain quality control and ensure each project is prepared properly before installation.
As we work within a production and installation schedule, builders are required to keep us informed of site progress and upcoming dates for check measure and installation.
Clear communication at this stage helps us coordinate the project properly and avoid unnecessary delays.

Installation & Completion
45% payment installment is due at the beginning of installation.
Installation is carried out once the site is ready and the project reaches its scheduled install stage.
Builders are responsible for keeping us updated on site readiness, access, and any timing changes that may affect installation.
5% is due on practical completion of your project.
