Each order is reviewed before production. If something looks off, or a panel won’t yield from the board selected, we’ll contact you before the order moves any further.

Packing & delivery
Packed To Arrive The Way It Left
A chipped edge or a scuffed face means a remake, a delay, and a conversation about who wears the cost. Far easier to pack it properly in the first place.
Packed securely for collection
All Cut to Size orders are packed onto a pallet and wrapped in heavy-duty plastic to help protect the panels during handling and collection.
Prepared for clean handling
Orders are stacked securely so they stay together and can be moved safely when collected.
Checked before collection
Each order is packed and checked against the job before it leaves, so it is ready for collection in good order.
If We Get It Wrong, We Make It Right
Quality is the point of the whole exercise, and we’d rather hear about a problem than have you work around one. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not machined the way it was ordered, tell us as soon as you notice.
Where the error is ours, we remake the affected pieces at our cost and push them to the front of the queue. Our mistake shouldn’t be sitting in your program.
