How Your Project Comes To Life

Here’s our 7-step process from the first chat to the final handover

Enquiry & Consultation

Submit your enquiry.
On-site consultation or quote from your plans.
We discuss your space, scope, style and practical requirements.

Quoting & Next Steps

After your consultation, your project moves to quoting.
Quotes are generally issued within 48 – 72 hours.
We’ll then reach out to discuss the quote with you.
Choose to accept the quote or organise a follow-up showroom consultation to explore further.

Project Confirmation & Deposit

Once your quote is accepted, we issue the relevant paperwork.
A 10% deposit secures your project in our scheduling queue.
QBCC insurance is paid at this stage where applicable.

04

Check Measure, Final Selections & Drawings

40% payment instalment is due at this stage.
We complete a final site check measure.
Final colours, finishes and design selections are confirmed.
Our team prepares your drawings for approval.
Materials are ordered with an estimated installation timeframe.

Timeframes are approximate guides only and not guaranteed

05

Manufacture & Installation Preparation

Once materials arrive, your project moves into production.
All cabinetry is manufactured and built in our factory.
Quality control is maintained throughout the build.

06

Installation & On-Site Works Begin

45% payment instalment is due at this stage.
Delivery of cabinetry and commencement of on-site works.
Installation time on site varies depending on project scope, we keep you informed throughout.

07

Practical Completion

5% final payment is due.
Handover completed. Enjoy your new space!
